Insurance and Discounts

For patients seeing us out of network or private payers we offer a 20% discount off of our current fee schedule (discount does not apply to cosmetic procedures).  Since out of network and private payers pay at the time of visit, we do not have the associated costs of filing insurance and we pass this savings directly to you. 

We are on several plans, but it is the patient's responsibility to check their  provider book to make sure we are participating with your plan.  

We are a  Medicare participating provider and we will file your Medicare supplement.
